Each gluten free artisan loaf is hand crafted and made without preservatives, "Awe Good Food." Since our products do not contain preservatives it is recommended to store the gluten free artisan bread in the freezer and use within 2 months of freezing. Our fresh gluten free artisan bread can stay at room temperature in its resealable bag for a couple days. Like traditional bread it is best to consume at its freshest or place in the freezer.
Recommended ways of thawing are lightly toasting on both sides or broil on one side to desired texture to give that fresh baked feel.
